UDM: Underground Dance Music

I've been seeing more and more people post the term "UDM" instead of EDM. Figure I would share this on here and see what you guys thought.

I mentioned in another thread that "EDM" was becoming a bad word. Maybe UDM can be used as a replacement (until it becomes commercial too).


just bored and thought i would post something other then another random ass event thread with DJ Shakajuku or some .

hahahaha!! i was doing a flip on a trampoline and when i landed i some how ripped them. i guess i'm just too fat

Why couldn't dance music be "underground" by default without having to say so? UDM sounds like a school.

You can have underground anything. Its not about the genre. Its about people doing their own thing and not being concerned with or even distancing themselves from the commercial aspects of the industry.
