Love the drum track, absolutely love it. But this track drones on, the bassline seems so hollow and robotic. Some of the leads are a bit dry. Would love to here this evolve and take on a deeper, warmer tone. very loopy. needs evolution. progress that bassline, keep it moving.

Start of by making the bassline evolve and grow - like a real guitar player would. This takes several lanes of automation to get right. Sometimes make the bass suddenly spread out with certain flanging and stuff otherwise it gets stale.
Every sound has to be part of a journey imo.
Those stabs are quite nice. The kick sounds old school to me - that classic plastic bucket hit sound thet vengeance love making. |

actually its a generic snare w/ soundtoys delay on it.. speaking of.. best delay on the market.. Highly recommend. incidentally, I made this track last night in like 3 hours. lolol =) Night 2 starts now!!
