| Looking for something in this date range in the area but BT was horrible when I saw him last summer. He was mashing some poppy stuff and I walked out after half an hour  |

| I never seen this guy live, never even heard a live set. I wonder how he plays. Good enough to make me go look for a dj set? I love his old productions a lot. TBU was a great album and so was emotional technology. His recent productions sound meh, imo. |

| I saw him in Vegas twice, I like his sets...he's very energetic and gets into his sets to pump the crowd. I may go to this. |

Saw BT last year for the first time in about 10 years and it was awful. He played dubstep for the first 20 minutes and then he finally eventually played what you might expect him play. I'll give you that he is very charismatic and plays to the crowd, but dude didn't even take his headphones off from around his neck the entire night - its like they were only there for decoration. He just stood up there and twisted knobs for an hour and half, very disappointing.
His DJ sets back in early 2000's before the days of CDJ's weren't ever anything to write home about either, his mixing skills were lacking to say the least. I did however have the pleasure to see him perform live around 99-00 before all his equipment got stolen and it was amazing. Simply put, he is an amazing producer, but a very ordinary and even below average DJ, IMO. |

| Let me know how it is, I was just severely turned off by his performance last year here in Jacksonville. |

Sound was superb finally at this venue. As expected a dub hard hitting opener/closer prior to BT's set and I swear Amp does not have a dress code whatsoever. Basically any outdoor festival attire would fly there. Saw flip flops, wife beaters, sleeveless shirts, shorts and candy ravers in full effect. Typical Tampa young kids, but there was a good vibe so can't really complain.
BT threw down a mix of trance and harder hitting house; his encore he announced 'to keep an open mind' and it was a remix but not sure of the song maybe someone on here can remember but it was a dub-like remix.
Anyways, I miraculously was the only guy to get an autograph...so mission accomplished to my growing collection.
Oh, and FYI Ybor City if effin' ghetto just sayin'. |

The last time I went there for a show I noticed the same thing. Anything goes, something I've never seen at any other club. |

Glad you had fun bltzkrieg. BT just hasn't done it for me for whatever reason.
As far as the AMP, yea I got the same vibe last year for the Ferry Corsten show. Way too many college kids for my taste, but it's Ybor, what can ya do? lol |
