I think if you could make this feel a little less distant (bring some of the percussion more up front in the mix) then it could really benefit. I think you could change a lot on the drums you used. When it builds to the part around 4:24 or so, I felt like that could have hit a lot harder because the song builds up a lot of emotion at that point. Your kicks definitely need some more low end in them.

Also, the envelope of the patch that comes in at around 1:15 could stand to be shortened just a little bit. That patch could also use some EQing because it muddies up an otherwise very clean mix. Having a hard time telling if it just the patch or if you have a filter sweep on it, too. But the volume swells and the movement of that bass line seem to be clasing with one another.

Also, don't publish tracks that are supposed for critical listening onto youtube, as you don't always know what audio quality it will end up with :)

And I like the feeling; those main sine/tribal stereo melody thingies are, in my opinion, too loud against the rest of the mix. the kick doesn't have to be necessarily louder/with more low's, IMHO, but everything else should be - what you have there is not a really balanced mix .

But then again - I can't say it for sure, because I don't really know, what youtube encoding did with it.. :)
