Hey there. I'm new. I don't know if people really do this or not, but I'm just introducing myself. I Just got Ableton 8 a month ago. I'd been considering it for a while and then they had that great sale, so I jumped on it. No doubt you'll stumble across future threads or posts in which I demonstrate my appalling knowledge regarding the world of Computer Music production, but alas I shall learn. I'm 19 and I want to make EDM. DON'T WORRY, I'm not one of those youngins who heard dubstep and decided I could grab a Sequencer and pound out some epic baselines. I've been listening to dance music since 4th grade when I caught wind of folks such as Bob Sinclar, Fatboy Slim, Crystal Method, ATB, Moby , etc. I've made New age and Ambient music in the past, but I've been getting drawn into deepstep and deep house lately. Look forward to asking noobish questions and being scolded by the more senior producers here.
