ULTRAVIOLET [SF | MalLabel | Trap City]
Lazer Queen & founder of Redline SF and the Stateside Dubstep Collective, UltraViolet has been in the bass music game for a hot minute. Establishing herself as a SF DJ to take notice of, UltraViolet has played alongside some of the heaviest hitters in dubstep such as Excision, Datsik, Borgore, and Reid Speed. Making some big moves, UltraViolet has moved into production working with UFO on "Raver Rain" signed by Koldfront Recordings and is a new resident of the MalLabel crew. She may be tiny but UltraViolet brings the big noise.

Born and raised in San Diego, 25 year-old Chris Jarret aka Dj RIVAL’s intoxicating, distinctive sounds have made him a landmark of Southern California night life. The past eight years have been spent producing his own material in its entirety - including music / beat production and lyrics – which cultivated a DJ who has mastered his craft of bass driven songs combined with his unique take on the progressive electro house scene. His local, regional, and world-wide experience and keen ability to feel and manipulate the mood of the crowd has led to an impressive reputation of smashing essentially every stage in his home town of San Diego, as well as some of the most prestigious stages across the globe – including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Barcelona and Ibiza Spain, Amsterdam, Holland and Paris, France. His live performances are consistently solid, with fluent and interesting transitions, plus relevant and fun samples of current hits that make his success un-questionable and leaves the crowd wanting more each time he hits the stage. Currently in the final stages of production on his latest (currently untitled) album is slated for release this Summer with a West Coast and world-wide tour to follow in the fall.

Making the dream live, Pretty Low brings basslines to the West Coast with hard heavy musical style. On top of playing piano and guitar, her passion has turned to electronic music. Pretty Low is manager of Seismic Los Angeles as well as making a name for herself throughout the states, DJing all across America. Premiering alongside rockstars Underoath, New Found Flory and All That Remains, she got a taste for the touring and musical life and hasn't stopped since. Producing quality events and spinning rad beats, she won't stop till you know the name.

After playing in various known hardcore, post-hardcore, pop punk bands, and even his solo project from the Los Angeles area and touring around various parts in the world, Mathew Phillips (aka matphilly) has decided to step out of his comfort zone and put himself to the electronic scene as an upcoming dubstep/electro producer as well as a DJ. Describing his style of EDM as "dubstep and electro you can mosh to" should let you know that you will be in for quite a ride.
Mathew is currently working on his EP, aiming for a release in late 2011/early 2012. Until then, catch Mathew DJing anywhere and everywhere, as well as on PLURlife radio.
