Mystery Sounds is proud to bring you a party not to be missed. we welcome trance superstar Ummet Ozcan at the legendary Sullivan Room nightclub for an evening of musical destruction. Needing no introduction in the states or abroad, Dutch wonderkid Ummet Ozcan plays a wide variety of styles, but he tends towards dirty, driving, trancy and pounding sounds mixed in with a good dose of epic synthmelodies and glitched-out, ball-busting basslines.
It seems Ummet Ozcan was destined to love EDM. His earliest musical memories involved listening to all kinds of dance-music.
Ummet will be joined by another mainstay in the trance genre, New York City native RoryJames. Music speaks louder than words. It is easier to understand RoryJames by the feelings that get expressed through his sound. Inspired mainly by 80’s electronica, along with the trance/ techno masters M.I.K.E., Chris Cowie, Airwave, and Oliver Lieb, Rory has obtained a knowledge high enough to pump out huge tunes while managing to keep distinctiveness not by choice and this evening will be the perfect showcase for Rory's talents.
