Guys i'm still 2 month old in production career and i learned alot of things by myself , listen to both these track to know exactly what i'm talking about

when i use the fl studio i feel limited , same style i always use , satrt with pads and build satcattto chords leads ... now ,..
1) is this a normal used-a-lot style ?
2) how can i create new outstanding synths from pads or without pads ?
3) how can i make the other synths that are played in the background that can satnd on the same melody of the lead ? btw i make 2 or 3 leads from the pad but same synths i use every time but differnt melodies that makes me feel limited !
please please help me and it would be extremely appreciated!!
