[Sorry to Ask this Again But...] Tattoo Shop Recommendations?

Would you guys please be so kind as to recommend some GTA-based tattoo shops that house artists who do phenomenal tattoo work? I'd like to get my first tattoos done in the near future and it'd be helpful to learn of some great shops to check out (after all, one gets only one shot at inking his/her body).
I'll spare the details, but I'd like to get both shoulders done (from the tops of the shoulders down to my elbows): both arms will be a person's face (two different people) with lines of text (maybe 8-10 lines) beneath them.
I don't want to end up with something like this (lol), so please share some advice!
