Holy. ing. FIRE.
Jaytech had an excellent warmup set from 1100-1215. After seeing him Friday at EZ and last night as well, I am a fan.
Jochen Miller then came on 1215-130... pretty much sounded like any DJ set from Sat or Sun on the Main Stage or Hilltop tent at EZ. Electro/trouse/nothing special.
Then the boys came on... holy hell they killed it from the first track and just steamrolled with all night long until 400. There were a couple moments to calmness with the vocals, as if to only let you realize the full brunt of 140BPM trance all over again. I felt bad for them, they really wanted to do one more track at the end but that venue really does shut down at 400 ON THE DOT.
Sick night and probably the best of the three after parties. Glad to see someone still living in the upper trance BPM range.
Nice meeting you all too (Ay Star, Aldi, Diablo, Sedna). I'm sure I'll be seeing you all soon at another show!

Absolutely loved Jaytech's set. I wish he played longer, and I also wish Jochen Miller never came on.
JOC and Fila were solid. I left at 3.30, right after they played We Control The Sunlight. I guess I missed out on Big Sky - that would've been worth hearing live. I was surprised at how many people were going strong at 3.30 - the place was still full, and the asian dancer chicks were going full throttle. I was totally beat, had to get some sleep.
Looks like trance is not totally dead after all...

sweet. baby. jesus. this was me for the 2.5 hour b2b session:
missed jaytech. jochen did a really good job opening..
..for david guetta. didn't matter though. JOC/Fila were off the hook. dropped 'good for me' half way through the set - my favorite trance track so i died. that armin edit of stress test (john askew) remix is so dirty. and closing out with lost language - perfect. there were vocals sprinkled throughout, nothing too bad and never matter because they didn't let up all night.
great meeting up with everyone too. can't wait for next time.
e-zoo may have been whatever this year but the two trance parties at best buy theatre (really good venue, btw) made up for it quite a bit.

I was really curious how the crowd was going to be after they went bananas to Miller. But they picked up right where they left off and there was a damn strong showing right up towards the end. I was actually both surprised and impressed, as well as happy for JOC and Fila.

Jaytech was excellent as always. I think my friend and I were the first ones on the dance floor. It was really nice hearing so many tracks from his album early on!
Jochen was a huge let down after what I saw him do in Holland. I think he caters more to the mainstream house sound in the states.
The b2b set was craaaazy. I think JOC and Fila were surprised how good of a crowd they had all the way till the end.
Nice seeing the old faces and new TAs I met!

Damn I wish I had gone to this. My wallet and limbs were hurting after 3 days of zoo and Markus the night before. Glad everyone had a good time :D

Yeah I'm a mess right now, especially my back. Two full days of EZ (Fri/Sat) and after parties each night.
