^ When everyone and their friends heard about Deadmau5 being there.
:eyes: and holy hot hell?!? For those who went, what was the sound like? I can't imagine any kind of acoustics unless you were inside a tent or stationed front and center....How was the sound?? |

What's the deal with 2 main stages and only using one at a time? Was it to give time to the next DJ to set up or something? I would think they'd be better off combining their efforts and $ for a bigger single one but there must be logic behind it I'm missing from not being there.
Really hope they create their own echo beach stage style lineup a la DD in the future. Not hard to keep it real if they want to and the ROI revenue is there. |

fyi - kaskade, deadmau5 and above & beyond announced today as the headliners
i also saw on amonly that victor calderone is booked at "D View Park" on aug 4. interesting twist |

i guess this answers the questions about expanding the genres...
hmmm this is now a viable option all of a sudden. I may skip digital dreams since I can only do the one day there...and dont want to buy a ticket to go out only 1..

I'm really surprised and impressed by the addition DT, Carlo and Victor. VELD dominated DD in ticket sales last summer by booking cheese. My guess is that these DJs that we all fancy will be a new stage which can only make this year even more successful than last year. Well played, Ink, Well played.
Last year the tickets were about double the price of DD, so unless they start replicating BPM's lineup, I doubt I'll make it out with tickets to DD and Sensation already purchased. |

they're playing in the tent, which was there last year as well. hopefully they get a bigger one and put it in an area that isn't so muddy this time around (if that's possible) |
