I like how it just says "other software". Yes, they're right, Microsoft Word can't export to wav, I'd better write my documents in Dr. Drum, then.
I'm confused why they on MP3s so much. Most labels prefer a 320kbps MP3 for their demo submissions. I guess they just needed to make up something to separate them from other music software. They also use this tactic to make the buyer feel like Dr. Drum is looking out for them.
BTW, every comment on that youtube video requires approval, that's why no one is calling it a scam. It looks like they stopped even looking at the comments four months ago since there are no recent comments.
