If you were able to organize a party...

I've been thinking about this for a while now, but what if you were able to organize a big party. How would you name it? What kind of DJ's would you ask? Things like that.
I think a party called 'Back II Back' would be awesome. A party where all the big name DJ's will spin back to back. Imagine Oakenfold and Tiësto together, Armin and Ferry and so on. I know this sometimes happens. Like Digweed and Sasha have done (and sometimes still do) or Armin and Ferry @ Mysteryland this year. But I think a party like this would be awesome.
Maybe someone has much better suggestions, because I'm kind of curious... |

uuuu good thread. i'm totally un prepared for this, but he i go...
the name of the show would be something simple like "Music Fesitval" (i'm sure that already exists but thats a good name for a party).
the party would be on a beach somewhere exotic, might aswell be ibiza just for the sake of this post, with tarps and stands all along the coast for water etc.
the line up:
sasha
matt hardwick
scott bond
tiesto
paul oakenfold
sasha/digweed
chicane
sasha would be up first. starting before dark and going until right after twilight, getting everyone moving the way that only he can. then the GC regulars are up hehe love them live. then tiesto, then paul at the peak of the night followed by more sasha and digs, and a nice chilled set at the end by chicane. i don't know, that is just what comes to mind at the moment. i'm sure that is like every night over the summer in ibiza so nothing too crazy. and of course this would go on for a good 12 hrs or so. i don't know i like beach parties at night. |

Boooyaa!!! Me and my friend came up with this and were going to almost have this at an old Airport in my city (Colorado Springs...)
Djs, ya know, its the popular DJs, i think its kinda pointless to ask what DJs, cause it'd obviously be a combination of the best and obviously not possible... ;) ;)
But I'd say we'd do:
- Thomas Michael
- George Acosta
- Kimball Collins
(A 'lil taste of american trance :D)
- Cor Fijneman
- Misja Helsloot
- Tiesto
- Blank and Jones
- Johan Gielen
- PVD
- Ferry Corsten
- Armin Van Buuren!
And a pumping special set by the man:
- Chicane
Where I come from, its more of a ravey atmosphere, so the thoughts of airport would be a aschweet location for a rave... :) (As opposed to your beach and exotic and ibiza locations...)
Also, since it would be a recurring annual event, we'd have a year be the Trance Aiport: DJ Battles
With like "Melodic Trance DJ comp" and "Hard Trance DJ comp" and "prog Trance DJ comp" and even, yes, DnB, house, and "American Trance DJ comp"... They would be doing Back 2 Back DJ Battle style mixing for some craziness!! :P |

BRAMPTON BUSH
Me and a few friends are currently making plans for this party to happen within the nexy year or so. The location we are currently thinking of is pretty big. the reason for the name is b/c it's a bush party and if it goes through it will be the largest party in brampton's history (brampton's the city where i live). The DJs will be mostly locals, but some of which have made a huge name for themselves in the DnB world (mystical influence, sniper, etc..) |
