Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how to make the new sound effect that I'm hearing in a lot of new tracks. The best way I can describe it is the sound of somone pressing stop on a deck & the track slows to a stop very quickly. It can be heard in Lange's new track & I have heard it in other tracks mostly after the drop.
Hope the above makes sense & any info/advice apprecaited.
Thanks! |

I havnt heard lange'a new track yet but I would say he prob used db glitch. It seems that effect has become pretty popular. Glitch is free just go to kvr and search for it.
The first fx of the set will do exactly what you want |

DON'T do this. You will sound like every other dime-a-dozen producer out there. Find other, creative ways of making your track interesting.
BTW, it's almost always dBGlitch. |
