I recently ordered some vinyls from www.cyclotronrecords.com and the guy told me that the records were suppose arrive by sept 9. Well, its sept 9 and I still havent gotten them. . . ..:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:
So i wrote them an email and he said that he might give me a free record if it was their fault. . . . .
Not sure if hes gonna just give me some crappy ass record or if hes gonna let me pick, but if i get to pick . . . .. . what should i get? |

good idea :) most people give companies a 2-3 day breather on the date they set anyway, if they come on the 12th of september, no biggie is it? |

| cyclotron has the nicest and quickest response ive seen from an online store. www.musicesp.com has the worse. The guy that deals with orders is a jackass on a powertrip, then he emails you back saying that hes "one angry cow." Although they do have very cheap deals, they have 13 year olds working there. |

thats kind of funny, but yea, chris simental is the guy that takes care of orders.
Also, I have to add that one of my records (flight 643) was skipping and I called them up about it and they sent a copy free of charge with no questions asked. Thats awesome.
The record was only $5 and i know some places would make me send the faulty record back with shipping probably costing more than the record itself.
Chris, you guys fakken rule. |
