How do these vocals sit in this mix (DnB)

| Well, let's see... hard to fit into context if you aren't finished with the other mix elements, has a teeny tiny bit much mid for me, but otherwise fits fine. Maybe a slight cut will psycho acoustically make them appear louder, or they could actually be raised, but once he raises the volume of the voice it seems to peak at optimal loudness. To taste really, but seems fine. They do seem pretty dry, however. |

| Yeah, I actually had to pull the mids up a decent bit to give his voice a little bit more strength due to the heavier nature of the track (esp the part right after this chorus bit). What do you mean as far as dry? All I have really put on the vocals is run them through melodyne, compression, eq, and put a 5% Mix vocal plate reverb on it - but I thought the reverb seemed to be at a good level - do you think it needs more or just "something else" to it? |
