Well I live in Sweden and therefore my first language is Swedish. We swedes understand Norwegians very good even though it´s another language, it´s almost like another accent.
I can say that 95% of the swedes understand english very well and almost as many can speak English as well.
Men fan va skönt det är att skriva lite svenska på den här siten för en gångs skull. So did anyone understand that??
Didn´t think so, except for the Swedes, Norwegian and Danish fellas

when I'm on the net, I understand any of the common languages thanks to altavista, freetran, GPLTrans & others. ;) |

Hej, jag förstår vad du säger. Eftersom Finland är ett tvåspråkigt land, några av mina vänner snackar både finska och svenska. Oftast talar vi finska i alla fall. Det skulle vara fint at jobba i Stockis på sommaren... tjejer där är jättesnygga! Cheers :) |

english, quite good, almost perfect...
french, je parle francais un petit petit peu
(i've had it for almost 6 years now at school... i can say my name now, and that i dont speak french...)

I was thinking about this the other day.. i had french for like?? (dose it start in the first or second year) well i had it as a main course.. I actually passed my oral exams.. dunno how i did it.. at my oral exam she asked me..if i read the books lol.. She asked that question about the 2 books i DID read.. lol.. *bitch*
I passed it with a 7.. (out of 10) lol.. me was really luck :D |

my french is great!! there hasn´t been any girl till now who wasn´t satisfied!! :p:p:p LOL
Otherthan that i managed the final exams in french by doing a small test about Senegal(Ex- by france occupied country in africa)!! Damn, i dont remember anything bout that country nor bout speaking soemthing in french!! :( :( |

crazy... sorry, well spanish sux, i think its the lamest language to know.. i want to learn something else besides english and spanish..like german. |

be prepared: if u r used to speak english and spanish than is german kinda hard language!!
btw i´d LOVE to learn spanish!!!!

English and German are more similar to each other then Spanish is to either of them.....English dirived from German |
