Don't think promoters want to take the risk because the last time they were here there wasn't a good turnout. I love them to death tho. That was back in 2008 I think that they prob have a stronger following now and more exposure especially since their label Bits and Pieces is a part of Armada as of last year.
They were in Boston a few months ago. Did anyone go? Wonder how it turned out...

the problem with 16bit is that their sound recently is located between a sound that is not too much "underground" and but not mainstream. they fall somewhere in between. To me this would explains the outcome when they came here.
i personally would like to check them out as soon as possible. only because i think armada will push them to be more mainstream. i mean you can feel they are loosing the dark sound and going more bright.Same as moonbeam. they were both artist i requested to see a year ago, when we had that other thread going. Lately i am loosing interest in them both.

The Warung Brazil Presents 16 Bit Lolitas compilation is a few years old but still one of my favorites.
I'm kind of surprised they did not maintain a relationship with Anjunadeep longer...their sound (at least back in 2009ish) really seems to fit that label.
