Anyone been to Circus After Hours recently? I have read some pretty scary reviews about people getting "roughed up" on the way in for "no reason," etc., although I'm sure there's always another side to the story.
I'll be visiting Montreal from California and am going to Armin/Jochen at New City Gas, so this would seem like a logical place to end up afterwards. Would you feel safe going there alone if you were a small guy in comparison to bouncers that I have seen at most clubs?
My worst experience so far was in Amsterdam, where you are supposed to tip the bouncers on the way out, or you don't get out. I was unaware of that custom, but was only scared half to death, by no means injured or anything! |

Glad to know, and thanks for the contact info! I'm good friends with the club manager of Circus (Hollywood), so this will be my Circus away from home then, should be a great night! :) |
