i would say KOAN SOUND is probably more polished but they have been around a while and i think at this point are sort of considered as prolific as noisia. Also. there is something about SAVANT that reminds me of rock/metal. Just the way things are arranged and he is also pretty new in that as far as I know, there was 1 or 2 singles prior to this. I do think the chiptunes stuff is a little heavy but i think that was the concept for the album. But i just like the french aesthetic in house. Dilemm is probably my favourite producer at the moment.
Rodri Santos
i prefer KOAN, i have developed a non understandable hate to complextro, i used to like Wolfgang Gartner but i think it has become too cliche.

This thread wasn't to start a debate on who is better. I think that is obvious. I just found it rather impressive for someone that just popped up. THere are quite a few things i don't like as Imentioned about the album but there are definite moments where there is something great going on. Those moments are what grabbed my attention.

Can sebody elaborate more on this please because I've been wondering the same thing. People here in CA are always talking about it. Even a Dj at an event I played at told me he was starting the "trap movement" a few weeks ago. I was too wasted to care at the time but have been curious ever since.

I would say KOAN influenced SAVANT if that answers your question. And Koan's stuff doesn't have as many weak points.

I just started listening to Kaskade. I like some of his tracks and his essential mix.
