Review and Question regarding a Mike Huckaby set I witnessed on Sunday (pg. 2)

I'm planning on seeing him here in LA this weekend.
Really enjoyed his stuff at the KDJ party at DEMF this year (he played upstairs, all vinyl). I really like the type of music he plays, and I can live with the (at times) flawed mixing. His really gets my feet moving.

Corjay - you mentioned Kyle Hall b2b Jay Daniel. I thought that set was the in sss it was so good!! I got a chance to talk to Kyle Hall at KDJ while Mike was spinning. That was awesome.

Really enjoyed Mike's RA mix a few months back, btw.

And regarding the record clamps - how could i possibly know something about records that you don't, Mark?

Yeah, I came from Mister Sunday and got there towards the end of Ripperton's set.

Yea I was wearing a white shirt and beige pants, dancing dead in front of the dj booth the entire time, facing back towards the crowd. Got ed up during Ripperton's set and was running around the place

I was also pretty ed up, I don't really remember seeing you.

Very cool. Would be funny if we talked to each other and didn't even know it. :)

I loved the set as well, the track selection was just awesome.. but their mixing was a little sloppy. I dunno if they often b2b? Anyways, I accept a few hiccups when the music is great and there's no traktor/serato. I spent all of saturday at the MID stage.. the vibe and the people dancing there, it was incredible. Marcellus Pittman's set before Kyle vs Jay was also amazing.

Another one of the records that Mike Huckaby played. Its either position A1 or B1.

And one of the better tracks from the opening DJ:
