We made pepper-sausage pasta a few days ago, and had it for lunch yesterday. I swear it was way better than when cooked fresh, the pepper and herbs had just leached into everything. Mmmmmmm.

Nicce.. I made a pepper-sausage marinara a couple of weeks ago. I was drinking, and got hungry. I used some chorizo, and I made sure to cut off both the plastic and the other wrapper that was around it, before chopping it coarsely and throwing it in the blender with the other herbs and veggies. Or at least I did the first time, I wasn't so observant when I figured a little bit more sausage, chopped off a piece and threw it in the mix.

Now, I can tell you. I eat fairly spicy food. And habanero type level bowel movements is rarely a concern of mine, as I eat it everyday. But an amassing of miniscule, sharp, pointy pieces of plastic poking at my colon like some crazy facebook stalker? Yes, I could most certainly feel that.

No.

As a person passionate about his pizza (I've made pizza my entire working life), I will have to cordially disagree with your statement.

FRESH pizza is best pizza, followed closely by 30-45 minute old pizza, where the cheese is coldish and hard, but the sauce explodes in your mouth when you bite into it.

What other dishes are better when having been refrigerated after it's been cooked, than it is when it's freshly made?

Beef stroganoff always seems to taste better on the second or third day.

I'm sorry, good sir, but my Italian genes say fresh pizza requires too much waiting, as it is excessively hot to be properly appreciated. That's like foreplay, and my Y-chromosome says foreplays suck.

I normally just heat leftovers up in a pan, because I don't like microwaved food either.
