I spend a lot of hours on creating thisone. I would really like some feedback! Does anyone have some suggestions or tips?

| The mix sounds pretty clean and crisp. The percs shimmer well and the synths sit in the mix well. But there's just something missing, and I think its mostly a lack of layering of percussion and fx sweeps etc to keep the ear traveling with the beat. Plus you arent automating too much in the synth sounds themselves. I would try to create a 16 bar automation circuit that completely evolves the synth leads over in a cyclical pattern (a cyclical pattern stretching the full 16bars so as to keep the listener interested). |

Thanks a lot for your reply. I do understand what you mean. Percussion isnt my forte yet. I will definitely work on that in my next production.
There is some automation on all the leads, but I always feel that too much automation messes up the volume levels.
Anyway, thanks. I will take your tips into consideration for my next track! |
