you would think so. considering how smart they are back home gave me a theory. all the smart ones leave because they have something to offer and can make money. it actually blew my mind. i thought i was coming to a country full of geniuses ....myth busted. i am amazed that most of them can walk upright. 3 billion dunces strong, i mean look who they are paying to train them.

you haven't lived until you've seen one take a in public like it was normal, or chuck a garbage bag onto a busy street from the balcony on the 20th floor.

they will do homework cheap..mensa members they are not. they keep them dumb for cheap labour. i haven't had to clean my place once here so it does have benefits.

i miss techno.

Can we have once a month an event like this 10 - 3 am... Not saying that I'm getting old but I'd love some more 10 - 3 am parties :). Doesn't up my next day, that's for sure.

$25 reduced before midnight in Toronto. Berghain resident, on a weekend, in a 250-capacity club. Logistics, people.

Again, is it dance music if there's no room to dance?

That said, we still might pop in to check Klock, but December's all about Rob Hood - I might actually have space to expend all this cooped up energy, doing more than marching in place, pumping my fist in the air, and going woo000oo000ooo. :p

Bonus on the Mcgill Student! Perhaps I'll come in for this one

Man it's good to see the student society involved in promoting proper techno parties... when I was at McGill between 99 and 02, all I can remember SSMU organizing were watering hole parties at pub Gert's....
