Its been that way for the longest from what I understand. There are reasons for it. |

| FYI there is also a guestlist you can sign up for to "Try before you buy". Tickets at the door appear to only be like $20. |

She means that rise has always been a memeber only place. For more then a decay. So it is not something that becoming a fab now, as you asked. Thats all. I like that about Rise.
For a long time i kept hearing about that place but never steped inside since it was also known to a be gay bar. Then i went once and it was awsome. The crowed is only of people who are there for the music. Unless that has changed you gonna love it there. |
