So, I have a perfect start for a new vocal track..

.. And chorus vocals are horrible. Track is 128bpm progressive trance track, Paul Keeley/deadmau5 influenced.

I usually mix as i go, and now first 3 minutes are perfect, moody, dark and melodic progressive track with dreamy and catchy vocals from samplecd. How should i write the chorus or any kind of peak thing for the track without vocals? Any advice appreciated, im in a huge block with this track but really want to finish it. Problem is I dont want to make any cheesy pianomelody or something like that on this track, i want the track to roll smoothly from start to finish with dreamy feeling I managed to produce for the 3 first minutes..

... Or if there's talented male vocalist here who is ready to work with this track to recreate some samplecd vocals and write the new chorus, PM me. That would be the best solution, unfortunately I dont know any male vocalists.... If someone knows talented vocalist, please PM me.

You need to talk to Wesley Oakes.

Chop up the vox and make a dubby chorus?
Or yeah, go with Wesley. He's not insane at all.

lamo who is wesley oakes. and i second chopping up the vox into syllables and snippets that can create a harmonizing effect off your current midi melody..
post the song in progress and I can give you a far better suggestion.

Who the hell is Wesley Oakes?

Thanks for the tips, i havent done anything for the track yet, so maybe chopping the vocals is the best way to get the chorus done. Other idea is to make some kind of a crazy triplet farty bass "chorus" for the track but I dont know if thats too weird for this track.

lol , why is your blog in japanese?

Have you tried muusikoiden net for male singer? And there is lots of singer/songwriters in twitter...

Me and my producer buddy are searching for quality female singer at the moment, and its pretty hard here in finland :D
