While there still is a lot of "lost" electronic music from the 90's, there has been a massive re-issue/digitalization process in the last few years. Just 5 or 6 years ago getting ahold of most of the classic techno and house material digitally was impossible. Nowadays most of the really important classic stuff has been made available and there's new things been re-issued all the time.

Obviously there's always going to be a lot of stuff lost in the analogue age but I think that in a few years we'll have made available a very satisfying amount.

when i was a dj, i bought a retiring djs catalogue and he was part of a dj pool so he had all these promos that never got released for marketing reasons. Kinda sucks.

Did you sell them or what?

This ing track has been elusive for the past 7 years. Noone knows if Digweed labeled it correctly or who made it.

I get selling the records but I'd at least keep rare promos and like that.

And if we are talking about that never comes out dubstep is the ing worst. Dubplate culture my ass.

You better believe that if I somehow, someway get close enough to him tonight, I'm asking about this track.

"Tell me about that one track you played that one time 7 years ago". You really think he'll remember? Somebody like him will get promos that never come out on a weekly basis.

Wouldn't hurt to ask. Of course, I wouldn't say as you put it. I'd at least use the titling of the track that he used on his show.

You would be surprised woony. I've seen it happen. Big Djs don't tend to play tracks once, and spend a lot of time programing their sets to get the best result in a live setting. They know the track from front to back, and beat the piss out of it for several weeks night in and night out...sometime even months. While I can't say I love what he plays, why do you think Diggers is such a good dj? Because he knows his music.

Good luck getting near him doombot lol. Fanboys get straight armed.

Haha I know better. I had a fantastic time at the show and took some good vids. He blew the place up.
