I really wish I knew what language that lady was shouting in but it's pretty obvious she's giving instructions to the three Laotian looking dudes on how to position the donkey in its cage. Also pretty obvious that they weren't just feeding it carrots. Too bad the camera angles and lighting were so horrible but I honestly saw more than enough to have to turn it off about 1/3 the way through. That one guy didn't look like he was over 12 but, honestly, what's most disturbing about his OP was this:
