ps. my roomate is in SF bay area...says weather there is really nice too. hmm...hope this lasts as long as it can, knowing the ty winter weather we get here starting in Oct.

oh i guess you are correct on that one. i hope to get up there and do some skiing. snowboarding doesnt attract me much...nonetheless, interesting sport.
