How to load? My friend made some patches and theres no "user" available on directory.
Omnisphere is installed on SSD and there is STEAM folder, soundbanks installed to secondary HD and there's also same folder structure STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings library/Patches/User/Patch folder
Google didnt help, anyone had similar problems? |

| create the directory or just save one and it will do it for you. |

| You need to stick them in the user folder and then click the refresh button on the patch browser |

| here is a tip for your trilian user patches. Just change the extension and place them in omnishphere. Man i can't wait to see what they are working on. What would be cool is if omnisphere allowed user sample data. I just love the envelopes it has. I think ADSR is just a thing of the past. Every enveloped should have multiple user assignable points. So much easier to do automation when you want it to coincide with the actual note on. |

this . It didnt work. I have these folders:
c:\program files (x86)\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Settings Library\
and there is folders Multis, Patches, Presets, User Tags
And sound library is installed:
Z:\Producing\Omnisphere\STEAM\Omnisphere\Setting Library\Patches\User\SOUNDS I WANT TO USE
And yes i press this refresh button on omni.. where should i put the sound files?
Trillian library doesnt work either. Shoud i just reinstall and install to 1 HD/folder? Program is on SSD and library on HD but there is same in folder structure.. this must be the WORST documented VST i have ever seen! |

trust me on this. GO into the synth and just save a random user preset. You will notice the folder it will save it to. Find that folder.
Also , it seems rather strange to split the steam folder. I can see have it could be done using aliases and what not but why not just put the entire thing on the non system drive.
Regarding trillian not working. Happened to me when i created a new OS on an SSD. I did not have the patience or the actual dvd drive handy to install it so i just used omnisphere. Just batched processed all my presets , patches and omnis with omn and they work in omnisphere.
I did send an email but they just said reinstall everything which is kinda not too helpful.
also i'm using osx so i don't know what sort of registry content there is there but it seems the steam folder is the same. |

| i'm almost certain you need to save it to another folder like mono synth. Which is why the easiest way is just to save it in the program , then work backwards. |

| Nope. I just did a demo for an omnisphere soundset and that's where it goes. |

| Thanks, now I finally got it working. I had 4 different STEAM/Omni/User -folders on 2 different harddrives, deleted all and reinstalled. |
