The Slammin Boys - live on Galaxy this Saturday

The Slammin Boys (Mark Hogg & Jamie Scahill) are celebrating 10 years in 2002 of playing the finest Vocal House grooves around the more desirable venues of the world.

They began promoting their own nights back in 1992 and have held a residency in Manchester City Centre since. The Boys promote their own night 'The Slammin Session' and have done so for the past five years every Bank Holiday Sunday at various venues in Manchester.

Guests have included Full Intention, Jazz n Groove, Basement Boys, Smokin Beats, Grant Nelson, Steve 'silk' Hurley, Bobby & Steve, Terry Hunter, Copyright and Tom Wainwright.

Mark & Jamie have travelled the World spreading the 'Slammin Sound', from Australia with Norman Jay to Switzerland with Jamie Lewis to Belfast with Terry Hunter. Over the past year they have travelled to play gigs including a Media Services Party @ Red in Miami, Space in Leeds, Club Milk in Belfast, Passion in Coalville, P1 in Munich, Orange in Hamburg, Thompson’s Garage in Belfast, Pacha in Palma - Mallorca, Ministry of Sound in London (3 times), Miss Moneypenny's in Birmingham & Leicester and The Mad Club in Laussane, Switzerland, which was covered by DJ Magazine.
