Well like I have said earlier it would not have been such a big deal to me if only the pics were my property! Which they are not in the first place. I admit I took them, but the camera was provided by E-Master and no one dropped even a single word to him that his pics were going to be used.

Because when I spoke to Itikia he started giving me attitued! Why? Cause I gave him attitude for putting up pictures that were not solely my property! To which I have a perfectly good reason to. He pretty much told me to off. And sort of told me that he would toss me a pair of tickets. It's like a ing insult to me! He asked me if I was kidding when I asked him to put our names beside the pics.

well actually the main pic that was on there used to lead to the main directory of pics, that was taken by me as well! (although it is removed now, thank God for that)
I also felt insulted because each picture had a VIVA NIGHT CLUB property stamp on it and there was not credit to anyone else!
And as soon as you removed my pics you. You put up the credits for TranceNerd's pictures! So why the hell couldn't Itikia do that for me! Explain that one to me? And all of this could have been settled in a matter of seconds! Could this not have been prevented? Yes it could have!
"TA" beside the pic? Well I understood from your email that you want my name for the credits. But from my understanding of what Itikia told me was that he was not going to do that. And that's why I got pissed. Secondly WTF is TA? (ta=tranceaddict, ta=trancearmada, you see the corelation? how the anyone would know I took them by using my initials? and not even real intitials but rather the initials to for my nickname!) Well next time you put up a pic you took yourself, a picture that you really love and admire put an "S" beside it! How bout that! Would anyone know who took it??? NO!

I am not persay comparing VIVA to Sonic State, but rather the fact that promise of tickets sounded like an insult coming from Itikia (for a bunch of reasons), rather than a reward for taking nice pics and allowing you or whomever to put them on the VIVA website. And I don't believe in promises that promoting organizations ever make cause most of them are BS excuses.

Hmm, comfort factor? Why were there water driping from the celling and almost no ventilation? Comfort factor ehh? And what $25 is not enough? GUV charged $10 for Corsten and AVB and still made a lot of money so please don't give me this BS about how they had to take a hit on the revenue! It's BS and you know it!
And what about all those people that were told that they can leave and still comeback without having to pay? For example I know "StereoPrincess's" boyfriend had to pay $25 to come back into the club! Why don't you refund him the money than? COMFORT LEVEL MY ASS!
Oh and I would even have a better comfort level if they charged less!

As I have mentioned about a thousand times now! Those pics did not solely belong to me. It is all out of a principal my dear! And if its a serious business that it should be ran like one, and things are not done based on the assumptions!

Well if I choose not to give out permision to use my and E-Masters pictures for use on ViVa website that is entirely up to me and E-Master! Connection? To me there seems to be a lot of connection. So why you don't get it is not my problem but rather something you have to figure out on your own! When you figure it out, you'll understand why I am making such a big deal out of it!

Apparently you choose to ignore previous commentary in an effort to twist the truth. Your pics were prefaced with TA- and his pics were prefaced with TN- so that once you guys replied to your PMs they could be changed to what you wanted there - TranceNerd can verify this, and the same PM was sent to you. He wanted his name, so his name was put up there.

It's not BS, if they were so adamant on generating more revenue they would've let those people in regardless.

I read the PM he sent you and the one you sent him back - he offered you those tickets prior to the pictures being up if you let Viva put those pics up. He did not use derogatory language or treat you with disprect. In hindsight the 3 pictures should not have gone up without further clarification, but it's not as if the pics stayed up once things were straightened out. |

here we go again! I know I mentioned above as you may have read that you did in fact send me a PM, but I am telling you about the converation I had with Itikia on the MSN! Oh I guess you don't have access to be able to read my MSN msg's than! So don't comment if you don't know the whole story.

It is not a big ing deal. U see, where I grew up we have soemthing called courtesy and at least some1 can have the courtesy to ask people fo things. Like withthe next update I got for the TTAsite, I am gonna put up Julie_spyder's map of TO. I PM'ed her and asked her which is proper. Maybe tht does not mean much over ehere in North America, but In europe and Russia it means a lot. but then againt his whole issue is over with. Maybe they won;t even let me brin my Camera into viva next time lol.

Seriosuly, don't mind ANYONE posting pics or whatver I made or had made with my cam, just drop me a PM or email and ask me Ok? Please. I don't want to free passes or whatever not. Just a little courtesy that is all. Like I said. May not mean much to you guys but it does to me. But LKD is right. As far as I know there are no log files on msn unless u save them as a text file after u stop talking to ppl. Or if you are using IRC |

E Master; the progy is called MSN Plus. Its a freeware progy that you can find on the web. Once installed it enhances MSN, like logging conversations.

wow this is really turning out to be a classic thread.. keep up the good work guys, i'm sure alotta TA's are being entertained .. :p
but seriously tho i don't think this kind of incident really deserves all this uproar. I mean yes given the fact that someone does something without your permission then fine. Based on what Trancearmada was saying this is what i would do:
1. Ask SWAMPER to place my FULL NAME or ALIAS and E*Master's on each picture that is on the VIVA site.
2. If this isn't done simply ask to remove the photos.
What i don't understand is that if TranceArmada is so fed up with dealing with Itikia, then why not deal with Swamper directly instead? Obviously things aren't going anywhere with Itikia so why continue with it, if it's not going anywhere.. or atleast exchange phone numbers, one of the problems with talking on the web is that you can never fully understand what someone is saying without real expression.
anyhow, i'm gonna get outta this whole debacle now before someone starts taking shots at me..
and finally bygones be bygones.. don't let something like this permanently damange your view of the site or Viva, it just really isn't worth it.
