As far as EDC Las Vegas...

Sure they all might be playing there, but doesn't mean they will be playing as the SHM on one stage.

Ultra is pretty much your last chance to pay top dollar to hear a pre-recorded mix played on concert system.

No it doesn't. Their stock has dropped and they've seen the writing on the wall, hence them killing it off.

That form of commercial pop is over.

You're right. Steve Angello will be booked and Axwell and Ingrosso will just hop on the decks to spin some tracks but they won't be classified as SHM because Angello is headlining...:clown:

yeah sucks to be in their shoes taking home mid 7-figure payouts each for this last tour.

Well, they better make it last because that's the end of it, and from what I hear, their expenses are insane. Just think what they're paying to their agents, managers, touring, PR companies, taxes, entourage....That big foot they live on will kick them in the ass if they don't manage it properly.

And mid 7 figures is a little over the top. Try low seven figures split between all three. Suddenly not so much.

do the math on all of their 'final tour' shows. 47 shows. the 2nd LA show alone has already sold $4mm+ in tickets. they got $300K for EDC 2011 I believe for reference.

so assuming an average of $100K per dj per show = $4.7mm per dj for the entire tour.

Man too bad you don't make more money for splitting work in other industries. 10 guys Taking turns on the lawnmower mowing one lawn don't make more each than one person mowing the lawn by themselves.

That money is all before the money they get from actual touring solo, music profits, sponsorships, label money etc etc. I was fortunate to be part of the Size team this year at EDC NYC and LV among many parties, Steve had his own stage at both those festivals. He also had his own Size tour around the glob and his residency in Vegas among many others. Sometimes hes getting more than what you guys think...

On to next year!!!

lol....... They make more in one year then most individuals do in their entire lifetime.

These are artists who can, and do individually get paid 50-100k+ a show for festivals.

Just for the LA event they are going to walk away with 300k+
