How you would describe so called trance 2.0? Is there any good tracks in modern trance or is it just trying to make trance music more EDM-ish, more accetable genre for house diggers/clubbers?
Very uplifting and still sounds modern. Its really hard to find these gems in this genre. Bluestone track is phat, melodic, you can listen to it at home after few beers and still it works on the club too. 99% of so called trance 2.0 is made for clubs, no real emotions or melodies to listen at home.

Trance 2.0 shouldn't even have the trance name. It should be labelled more electro or big room commercial dance noise.

Some random Trance '2.0' that i like. May one of the tracks below suits you. If not, well, at least i tried:
Alex Robert - Symphonic
Attractive Deep Sound - Loneliness (The Stunning Sound Progressive Remix)

LTN - The Art Of Freedom
meHiLove - Daylight
Narel - Run

Xtigma - Upward Spiral
Rodri Santos
I remember i liked a lot a track from yours "Kingdom Fall" i believe was its name...
On topic i think uplifting is dead in the club scene, only guys like Armin play it at peak time, any other dj will fail to connect with the crowd. The design of this track is awful kick & bass is too loud and you basically only here pow pow pow for an hour without hearing any melodies it's ing boring. But, to listen at home on hi fidelity i'd list this modern uplifting.
Jan Oostdyk - Heidi
Greg Downey - Global Code,Knight Moves,From Above,Sunrise
Chris Metcalfe - Outback,First Encounter
4 Strings - Daytime (Sean Tyas Remix)
Sean Tyas - I remember now
Stoneface & Terminal - Super Nature (Giuseppe Ottaviani Remix)
Seventh Heaven - Dolphins (Stoneface & Terminal Remix)
Dj Eco - Light at The end (Lost World Remix)
Dj Eco - Tonight is Forever (Xijaro TA members, Mashup with Beauty Hides in the deep)
Dj Eco - Lost Angels (Breakfast Remix)
Vast Vision feat. Fisher - Everything (Aly & Fila Remix)
Solarstone - Touchstone (Aly & Fila Remix)
Aly & Fila till 2009 in general were good.
Dakota - In a Green Valley (Basil O'Glue Remix)
Menno de Jong - Turtle Paradise
Andy Blueman - All, Orchestal trance in general.
Super 8 & Tab - Helsinki Scorchin'
ALex MORPH B2B Woody van Eyden - Walk the Edge
Unknown Source - Cruentus
Philipe el Sisi - Never After
John O Callaghan feat. Josie - Out of Nowhere (Stoneface & Terminal Remix)
John O callaghan feat. Sarah Howells - Find Yourself (Heatbeat Remix/JOC Rework)
Soundlift - Alexandria (Last week, to mention something real recent)
Well i could make an extended list but this are some of my old favorites of good mainstream. I've now some rare gems of slower stuff, i think 138-140bpms are dead of melodic composers. What works now is the Bryan Kearney,John O'Callaghan style of melodic breakdown and then tech trance beats at the drop.
