I heard of a similar fraud gone wrong in England, when a "fake crash" caused the death of a woman who had nothing to do with the scam... but this is unbelievable!

when my bf lived over there he said every car they bought came from the dealership with dash cams, i dont remember if its when he lived in Russia or Kazakhstan but all cars came with them, i dont remember what the reason was, i quit listening to the why and started thinking about all the things i would catch if i had a cam on my dash.

A friend of mine almost got killed like the guy on the 2nd video (3:13). He was driving when suddenly a tyre landed on the roof of his car, crushing it. The guy was on intensive care for weeks after that.

The speed and weight of such a tyre makes it very dangerous. I saw that one too. First it hits the little truck, then the car and still enough energy left to make it airborne. I hope this one didn't land on a car.

I don't know Russian or any of the other Slavic-based languages, so I don't know what they are saying, but a lot of them don't SOUND like they are panicked or startled by what they just witnessed.
It's almost like its not surprising at all to see a horse using a pedestrian crosswalk, or an Apache helicopter flying lower than most frisbees you'd see at the park.
