Where to find stream of Inception with Dutch subtitles?

Hi,
I can find lots of streams of the movie Inception, but are there any good streams out there with Dutch subtitles?
Or where can I download it with Dutch subtitles directly cause I am not allowed to use a torrent client from this computer.
