This makes me feel much better about having spent $500 on BPM VIPs.

My 3 day pass for DEMF cost me $75 AFTER the full line up was released. Just saying...

demf is bigger than beb. it's not even close...then you party at old miami which is slightly better than a ty strip club at st cath. beb still sucks.

Not to be rude and with a lot of respect, but posting tickets for 154$ for Armin @ bal en blanc deservers a serious " go yourself " comment.

P.S in three years, they will announce all and charge people 200$. When people start to charge these sums of money for a single event and not announce any dj, it's no longer about music. Welcome to the mass-consumerism world.

And its probably been a few years already that it hasn't been about the music.

btw, the communists lost to ronald reagan the time you were away :P
all about supply and demand bro, in everything. tickets are really selling fast.
and if it's about music, it has to be a cheap, save the whales, granola, vegetarian party ? sorry but i don't see the connection here. Your thinking would make this scene miserable. When I do a party I hope to make money so the next one is a bit better and so on. If i was losing, i wouldn't make them, well maybe because i like it, but i couldn't do as much.
it's a party with djs, some people like them and are happy to pay the price and attend. I don't see the problem here.
yes it's a business throwing bal en blanc, i guess they also want to make profit, they wouldn't be a business if not.
moreover, i try to implicate myself in this, just to meet new people, lots of edm virgins, that are probably gonna follow the djs i promote after. Yes in the end it's for the music. It helps me create new adepts, new partygoers. This is why i find this party important to our scene: it's like a big sign: "YOU START HERE".

I've haven't heard that bal en blanc is getting better and better bro :/ No problems with promoters wanting to work the event, I have something against the event and what it became. To have better supply/demand, all you have to do is make it more poppish, and Bal en Blanc crew certainly did it well!
