If you had no strings tying you down, where would you move to? (USA) (pg. 3)

Italy is probably my next stop next year. I can legally work anywhere in Europe with my dual citizenship, but I'm thinking of returning to my roots. I have a job at my family's furniture company if I want it. It might be nice, and the living is cheap. Still on the fence.

I hate North American Italians and they make me ashamed of my heritage at times...I want to change that as a thank you for the big hereditary pecker.

San Francisco is a beautiful city, full of naked social security beneficiaries splattering STDs on public seating. :gsmile:

I'm waiting for both of you lovebirds :gsmile:

It depends on why I'd move. I'd go to Eugene for their university, and there are other universities in the West Coast that look interesting... but if I were to move just for the hell of it, the only destinations I'd pick are in Northern Europe and in the Far East.

Why restrict it to the USA? it would make a more interesting thread if it were global.

Stop being so self-centred :p

What are you talking about? I'm saying the US because I only have resources to relocate domestically.

If I could move internationally I would easily choose Iceland, the UK, Australia, Germany.

One of my most persistent memories of Italy was actually at Pompeii, because this woman -who was much wider than she was tall- chased us well into the ruins, trying to sell us guidebooks with woefully faded covers while expelling profanities at us for walking so fast. :stongue:

Also, the free porn in hotel rooms in Rome. Viva l'Italia!

Head out here to LA. So much ing fun, loads going on great weather, and the city is doing well (economically).

Need more Prod Forum representation out here.

After I left San Francisco, the end of my bender was in LA, spent about a week there. It was interesting interacting with people and experiencing it rather than reading about it or seeing it in movies and crap like that. It felt like I didn't have to pretend to be someone else, that all I had to do was do my thing and be myself and it worked quite well. I met a lot of cool people there.

In Denver I have a couple of connections, and I appreciate all of your thoughts, it helps to see what other people think from so many different places.

My family is pretty awesome there, although I haven't seen them in like 5 years. They take care of their own, so it would be a nice experience I think. They would benefit by having my English skills to sell, and I would benefit from getting my Italian back up to snuff. I can get by no problem, but I would like to get it back to the same level that it was as a kid....that and I'm a bit tired of the North American way of life. It is all about self preservation, me me me me me me, with a serious lack in terms of family values. I can't believe I'm talking like this. *takes picture of anus looking like a rusty balloon end.*

A year or more in Italia would be great for me I think. Since my dad died, they really have been on me to come visit. Usually people send me plane tickets to Siberia to avoid that.:p

That, and other than the ass licking, Chinese women really are no good in bed. It's like having sex with a hairy sock that whimpers.

As acton already pointed out Belgrade is a very interesting choice, other than that probably Paris or for a real change of pace, Tokyo, Kyoto or Seul.

Seoul is a great town. Probably the best gateway Asian city for a foreigner. There is still culture shock, but much less than elsewhere due to heavy western influences.

San Francisco, easily.

Anywhere in the world, I dunno. Maybe Canada, or France. I'd love to visit Japan and Korea, but I have no idea what it would be like to move there.
