I see you did that, but you're blowing it way out of proportion.
No one is asking him to become a whistle-blower and offer damaging information that could get someone in jail (which would justify something like the anonymity you've got in mind). No one even expected to hear names, I'm sure. Also, as a mod, I can assure you that if he posted any sensible information, we would take it down ourselves for security reasons.

It doesn't mean that he hasn't used his work email address to sign up for another forum using the same username that has a search by email function though now does it?
Besides, doing what I said takes 3-7 minutes, it's not very hard. |
