Except the intelligence here is credible, verifiable by government, military, and civilian sources, almost every nation agrees on it, and there is a massive civil war going on right now. |
Sorry I just cannot accept this so called credible intelligence coming from the CIA. They told us the exact same lies over Iraq and made it look extremely credible but every single one of them was a lie. Tell me why we should believe them this time around. |

How about every other intelligence agency in the west? There is almost universal acceptance that Syria has chemical weapons, deployable chemical weapons. |

| I'm not saying that they dont have Chemical weapons but they (West) are claming that Syria is about to use them on their own people. I'd like to see evidence of that before the NATO bombing begins. |

No one is claiming preventive action beyond the forces they already have on the ground, which is not only the US but a number of other nations with special operatives acting inside Syria. No one in the west wants the rebels or Assad around CW.
If Syria does use them though, you can bet that everyone and their mom will be on Syria within 36 hours. |

Exactly! You dont think Assad knows that? Why would he want to use them if knows that it'll be the end of him and his regime? |

You can't possibly be supporting the Assad regime can you?
I would definitely rather a nato lead strike than a unilateral US strike. |

I don't support the Assad regime, but I don't support the rebels, either. The U.S. shouldn't get involved in this one. It's far too complicated and murky and both sides are ing awful. No matter what we do, short of bombing the country to oblivion, Syria is most likely going to be a god damn mess for a long time to come.
NATO should do strategic strikes on Assad's anti-aircraft defenses, send in special forces to destroy or capture the chemical weapons, and then get the out. |

This is not about taking sides; it is about going to yet another war based on lies. Getting rid of Syria is strategic move for the U.S. and it has nothing to do with the humanitarian cause. Getting rid of Syria gets them one step closeer to their ultimate goal in aka Iran. |
