Song thats been bugging me for a decade now!! HELP!

I would appreciate if anybody can answer my question.
Around 1998-2001 (give or take a year) there was a hit trance or dance video on tv.
All I remember is, the music video was of a small boy running or chasing something and running into I think different "worlds." That plus a young woman swimming in water. I think the final destination the boy arrived at was a water world or huge swimming pool where he sees the young woman in water & soon jumps in too.
Also I THINK the woman and boy were east asian.
This is not much to go by but I would really appreciate if anybody could finally tell me the name of the song!
This has been bugging me for 10 years every now and then! |

Wish I could find the official music video to jog my memory cause the song doesn't actually sound familiar. :/
Eh but its been a decade ish so who knows.
