yeah that's what i mean, i'm not talking about the techy deep house as of late, but the progressive-y deep style like Evren Ulusoy and Sasse stuff.

I see DnB making a comeback as well over the past weeks.

That stuff's been on the comeback all year, at least in my neck of the woods. Kids seem to realize it's actually more fun to dance to than dubstep.

Drum 'n bass has been back for ages. Look at the massive commercial success of acts like Pendulum, Chase & Status and DJ Fresh (who became the first drum 'n bass artist to have a UK #1 single about a year back - the official video for Hot Right Now has 36 million views on Youtube). When the Hospitality guys come to Leeds, they sell out the biggest club in the city. Last time Andy C put out a compilation, it was advertised nationwide on massive billboards everywhere. Drum 'n bass is bigger than deep house. It appeals to the kids and it has the deep, experimental stuff for the serious music heads.

I'm kind of out of the loop in regards to deep-house labels and releases. Anyone that could point me in the right way?

That's really mostly in the UK though, where DnB has always been more popular

There isn't a single deep house track ever made that has half of 36 million Youtube views, and that's a pretty international yardstick of current popularity.

DnB is probably more popular in the UK than Deep House is in the rest of the world combined :p
