I'm pretty damn proud of this track... I really love the progression at the end and how it moves. It's a lot more TA-Friendly than most of my stuff.

I really hope you guys like it as well!
Raphie
Like the progression except de 7th chord (in the loop of 8)
And find the sound design/mix way to thin and harsch, sounds a bit like Deadmau5 in a beercan, loose the beercan and you have a very nice track!

Yeah I definitely need to take a look at the mix again, it's too bright. I just wanted to get the track done today.

I disagree about the 7th chord though. I think it fits well.
Raphie
True, the chord is not "wrong" as such, i just would have anticipated a different one, but that might just be me being boring :D

i dont think the mix is necessarily the problem, but rather the sound designs here. your volume levels/eqing are more or less on point given what you have but i really think it suffers from a lack of thicker sounds

track itself is okay, but lacks a definitive hook to engage the listener. you could definitely take it further and add a lead and accenting melodies to help progress the track as it's very, very linear :o

I was going for a deadmau5y kind of progression, it is linear but it constantly builds on itself. I often find progressive house tracks kind of meander aimlessly.

I think I could probably get away with adding a mid bass or some kind of rich sound in the mids.

I'm just gonna do this track as a free release though :)
Seandroid
Alright, I did some work on the track and I think it's a lot warmer and nicer now, it's also got a lot more bass.
MarcMusic
Nice stuff, mate!
The track was something totally veggy - and we all need veg time.
So yeah, good job! :D

It's cool, but the kick doesn't really give me a prog house vibe. Not sure why. The 8th note main synth could use something to warm or to fatten it up. Right now it it seems kind of accentuated on the high end of the patch. Also, it is a cool track, but the chord progression has been pretty worn out in progressive, sounds exactly like some chords deadmouse would use, or EDX.

I always loved your tracks, this one is no exception, excellent work. The only thing I'd like to say is that hihats need more air IMO, they are too buried behind.

Agreed, great composition but I feel some synths could've been layered for more impact. Drum sounds are cool/okay, you have good music though.

Yep, keep it up Sean.
