Its just cuz the riff is catagorical trancefamily style. Made for the big room but has ZERO energy or atmosphere to it. Ill Listen on the other hand had it in spades. |

Black is Back was a great track but to be honest they were pretty disappointing this year with Awakenings, Fiesta and Arc - none of those come close to Suru, Elektra, Helsinki Scorchin', etc. |

Its always been voter based - Armin wouldn't put Tiesto at #3. However, the voter pool was MUCH smaller back then. |

in 2004 , I don't think he had any reasons not to . But ,yes as far as I know , the top 20 was always vote-based. |
