| It was my first time to Marquee last night. The sound system and set were out of this world. Loved the venue, and Hernan brought his A game. Great night out! Aystar are you ready for Sasha?? |

bad decision making last nite...
thought it would've been smart to take a power nap at 8 and take the 10:30 LIRR... slept through my alarm, multiple calls/texts and woke up at 3am to a Rapture dream, which all started while being at an outdoor festival- scary .
anyways, pretty pissed that this happened since I wanted to see Hernan more than checking out the renovated space..and I really wanted to see the new layout. |

just recently, since I started going back to school this semester.. hardly getting any sleep as of lately and btwn calc 3 and physics w/ calc, I'm getting burned. |

Got to marquee around 1:15 and got in with no problem. It was funny because some bottle rat try to cut me in line telling me she knew somebody and the door guy actually made her wait bc i had a ticket and he told her that I get priority haha.
The place itself is really small in my opinion especially compared to the MarqueeLV and most of my friends think the MarqueeLV is small! Sound system was good and this was probably one of Hernans better sets than when I see back home. All the staff was really nice and helpful which was refreshing. Other than Cielo I was really traumatized from my last NY clubbing experience with Crobar and Spirit years ago lol. Crowd on the dance floor were really into the music. I just stayed away from the table area and it was all good! |
