do u remember wot tune made u hooked onto trance?
i was a pretty late starter coz trance doesn't get that great of a exposure (even in syd). that all changed once i got the net :)
it was Veracoche's "Carte Blanch (Ayla rmx)" that did it for me and from that point on... the rest is history :)

I always loved trance, but when I had downloaded the live set from Tiesto @ innercity. Yes that was the beginning. what a live set was that.

Well, it was one track that got me into electronic music in the first place:
The Prodigy - Out of Space
Then started listening to Goa compilations and later Psy-trance, and now both trance and Psy-trance.
Most of my friends who listen to trance/psy-trance liked The Prodigy back then. :) |

Robert Miles- "Children" (Tilt Courtyard Mix) I can remember hearing that song for the first time in my friend's car...I had heard trance before then but this time it just "clicked" and I've been "trance-ing" ever since! =)
Also PvD's rmx of "Cream".....heard Jonathan Peters spin that at Sound Factory in NYC way back in the day and I fell in love with it...and when I finally heard PvD spin it...whoa shook my soul! It's still my favorite song to this day...eventhough it became a "trance anthem". =) |

lol I remember that song from back in the day. Cool track.
I got into "electronica" from my 80s days (mmm...old Depeche and stuff...)
first "trance" song well artist I got into "Man With No Name" and "Juno Reactor" -- dunno how but think I got a mix tape with them in it and boom! |
