Haltron
Hey is anyone planning on going to Comfort Zone on New Year's Day? Is anyone aware of the set times? I can't imagine Moudaber will be finished at ((())) early by any means. Jonjon - what time are you spinning?

Would be great to meet some of you Toronto TAs!

i heard a rumor that she's playing 2PM-4PM but the source was hardly reliable.

There's very few things I'd like to see more than her spinning Zone but... $75 and more at the door? Come ooooooooon

You can thank the people that go every year but it being so high. CZ only charges because they know they can get away with it.

she deserves better sound than zone...and longer than 2 hours :(

Yup, and that's why I'm making the trek to stereo to ring in the new years with her!

Yeah I know, the last one I went to had Carlo Lio, Alex Niggemann and Carlos Fauvrelle so I was actually able to justify it, had way too much fun that day. It feels silly to shell out $75 for the same guys I can see anytime for $20.
feelgood
When did Nicole Moudaber become so big? Personally I dont find her sound to be anything special. Especially against the likes of some of the other techno/tech heavyweights out there.

I'd say she has really blown up in the past 18 months or so. I absolutely love her sound.

She plays with a lot of soul and you can feel it in her sets! Sleazy edgy and raw house, techno and some tribal...she always has you locked into a mesmerizing groove. I'm not sure if you've ever seen her live, but I'm guessing you haven't yet ;). Her set at FW this past September was one of the best sets I heard all year, hands down!

She's supplied some top notch productions for Drumcode, Waveform, 8 Sided Dice etc. Nicole can really DJ too, from a technical standpoint I find her right up there with the big guys, always pushing with new technology as well.

Her style and sound is absolutely perfect for a venue like Stereo and I really can't wait to hear her rock that system!
