anyone else feel this way about ricardo?

its strange, but whenever i listen to a set or something by ricardo, and theres a few stand out tracks that i might be interested in, i usually go and check em out, maybe buy a wav or whatever... I might be in love with the song itself, but it just sounds better hearing it in the context of Ricardo's set, its like im more into the fact that he played that song, then the song itself. Like his aurora or something just makes a song slightly better. i dont know. :nervous:

Jonathan Peters does/did this with his reworking of epic vocals. For example, there's a cd called Sound Factory 13 where he plays Oscar G - Hypnotized (Sharam Jey Remix), a record that I own and love. When he plays it in this "13" mix though, he extends it out to 12 minutes and redits drops the most energetic part of the girl's vocal hook over and over again. It's the .

I feel Ricardo plays a lot of fodder, but he plays it really ing well.
