Question about how VIP works at Roseland Ballroom....

Hey guys. I have a question. I am very interested in getting premium VIP at Roseland Ballroom for an upcoming show, but I first wanted to gauge how it works.

I've been VIP to a couple other events at other venues...

Some are really strict, have you organized by special wristbands, which prevent you from bringing in any other friends you know from the General Admission.

However, I've been to other venues that don't really make a big fuss, and allow you to invite whoever you want to your table, because it's your effing table lol...

Anyone know how Roseland Ballroom's floor VIP section works? Because I have enough people to split a table with...but I also may have a friend or two that might want to join on the day of the event, later on. WOuld I be able to drag them into my table without being stopped?

TIA!

You def need a wristband to even get upstairs. Then you need a different colored wristband to get into the section that is closest to the balcony railing up until a certain time because that space is reserved for people with tables.

Thanks for the response guys. If I understood this correctly, if I get a VIP table on the floor level (not the mezannine level), at some point in the night, i can snag my two friends and bring them up to my table?

The floor level doesnt have tables. They only have the raised VIP area which is always crowded as hell. The upstairs has room to move, no lines for anything, its own coat check. I wont do roseland again without getting the bracelet for upstairs.

I know I've been to RB..

I was referring to the "raised stage area" that's to "Stage left," facing the audience. So you recommend mezannine VIP? How's the sound up there?

The sound is fine, not much different then GA sections.

I did Mezzanine VIP for Victor Calderone Evolve NYD few years ago and it was so much worth it. Besides the coat check and bar, there are also bathrooms which are SO MUCH better than the ones in the basement (those get horrible if the venue is packed)

That section is also gated off and you need a wristband for it too.
