Writer in NYC hobby is to take pictures of current locations used for movies in the past. Neat idea especially if you are familiar with NYC.

| I've seen this contrasting photo idea in a newspaper before, but to go around NYC doing it with old films is pretty dope. And in a cyber world where it's tough to find a unique way to exhibit your artistic work — whether you're a writer or photographer — I think this is outstanding. |

Having lived in NYC for the past 3 yrs I assumed a lot of those buildings were kinda newish, built in the last 15 yrs or so...they look pretty modern anyway. So I was surprised to see them in those photos of films from as far back as 1961!! , they haven't even upgraded the buildings since!!
